Free site assessment
We walk the property, identify the surfaces we will be cleaning, and measure what needs to be covered. On every assessment we fly a survey drone to inspect the structure at close range, capturing photos and video as we go. You get a clear written quote. No pressure, no site fee.
Scheduling and planning
We agree on a date and build the job around how your property actually runs, whether that means early mornings, weekends, or working in windows between your operations. Weather matters when it comes to exterior cleaning, so we watch predictions and conditions and will reschedule rather than fly a job that wind or rain would compromise the quality of our work.
Setup and site protection
The crew arrives at the agreed time. We stage the equipment, cone off the flight and landing area, and protect what needs protecting, which includes pre-wetting and rinsing the surrounding landscaping. On most structures the setup is a van, a hose, and a launch point, so most of your entrances, walkways, and parking stay open.
The drone does the work
The drone reaches up to 150 feet from each launch position and cleans up to 300 square feet a minute. On unfamiliar or sensitive surfaces we run a small test area first and confirm the result before treating the whole structure.
Final walkthrough
We rinse down and then we walk the results with you or send photographs if you are not on site. We provide documentation of the products and methods used for your facilities records. Some organic growth continues to lighten for a week or two after treatment, so we will tell you what to expect rather than leave you guessing.
