Carolina Aerial Wash is a woman-owned and veteran-owned family business, led by managing partners Mary and Ted Cisowski. They run a Lucid Bots Sherpa, an American-made cleaning drone built in Charlotte, North Carolina. The drone reaches the height, so no one has to work off a ladder, lift, or rope, and each surface gets the method it calls for, a soft wash or a power wash matched to the material. The result is a cleaner structure, finished in a fraction of the time, with the safety and professionalism the job calls for.

Mary Cisowski
Mary Benbow Cisowski is a North Carolina native and a managing partner of Carolina Aerial Wash. She has spent more than twenty years in operations, communications, and development for nonprofit and federal organizations serving people across the country, work that has meant keeping teams, schedules, and commitments on track for groups that could not afford to have anything fall through the cracks. Much of that career was spent building and maintaining long-term relationships with the people who chose to invest in those organizations, which means she understands that keeping someone's trust year after year comes down to communicating clearly, doing what was promised, and being easy to reach when it matters. In her spare time, Mary enjoys volunteering at her kids' schools, gardening, hiking, kayaking, attending concerts and sporting events, and traveling to new places.
Ted Cisowski
Ted Cisowski is a managing partner of Carolina Aerial Wash. He spent twenty years as an active duty Marine Corps officer, including multiple deployments, where he was accountable for the safety of the people under his charge and the condition of the equipment they depended on. Since leaving active duty he has worked in operations for both private companies and the federal government, most recently in business resilience and continuity planning, a discipline built entirely around identifying what can go wrong and putting controls in place before it does. Both halves of that career come down to the same habit, which is planning the work carefully, briefing everyone involved before anything starts, and striving for improvements and positive outcomes. In his spare time, Ted enjoys helping to coach youth baseball, volunteering with his kids' Scout troop, and attending concerts and sporting events.

Pete Benbow
Pete Benbow is the Chief Technology Officer at Carolina Aerial Wash. He has 12 years of experience working in enterprise data analytics and software development, including senior roles as Director of Research & Analytics and Director of Product Management in which he successfully led Agile teams with multi-million dollar budgets. He is currently the James B. Duke Assistant Professor of the Practice in Data Science at Davidson College, his alma mater, where his teaching focuses on database systems and data engineering. He also teaches online through edX, where his courses on Microsoft Power BI and SQL programming have reached over 200,000 learners worldwide since 2020. Outside of the classroom, Pete's passions are fly-fishing, music, and spending time with his wife, Megan, tending their secluded home in the woods.
